The Terms of Use clauses define the conditions which you accept in order to use the website and services. If you proceed through the site, or utilise any services, you automatically agrees to the policies laid out below.

My clients will be treated equally and with respect, regardless of sex, gender, sexuality, race or religion.  I make no judgement on you or your situation, and will remain open-minded and honest throughout our communication. 

 

I am unable to read for under-18s without explicit parental consent, and will not read for anyone under 16. 

 

Readings will not be completed until payment has been received.  Email readings will usually be completed within 72 hours of payment.  Skype, telephone and face-to-face readings will be provided at a mutually convenient time and location. 

 

Let's keep the focus on you - I generally don't perform third-party readings, but will work with you to re-frame the question to bring the focus back to the first-person.  

 

I believe in the empowering nature of the Tarot cards, and therefore readings are provided on the understanding that with information, insight and intuition into your situation, you’re able to make more informed decisions for yourself.  We choose our own path in life, and you remain, at all times, responsible for your own actions.  Go you!

 

I reserve the right to refuse any reading where the request falls outside of my ethical boundaries.  

 

I am an intuitive Tarot reader.  I am not psychic, and I do not predict the future, though the insights provided through the cards can highlight the path that we find ourselves on, and clarify opportunities for us along that path.  I am not a medium – I do not speak with, or for, the dead.  I do not solve crimes or pick lottery numbers, and I will not tell you when you’re going to die. 

 

If your reading has been completed there will be no refund offered, as I invest a significant amount of time and energy into your reading and situation.  I will make my best attempts to clarify any questions that you may have about your reading, and advise on how to get the best out of the reading experience. 

 

If appropriate, I will suggest that you consult a qualified professional.  A Tarot reading is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, financial or legal counselling.  I am not certified in any of these fields, and I make no claim to be. 

 

Your Tarot reading is a complete service in and of itself.  You are not required to make further purchases, nor will I encourage you to become dependent upon me for further advice or information.  

 

Your email address and any other personal details you provide will never be shared with any third party. 

 

Your Tarot reading is private and confidential and will be provided only to you.  Your readings are stored securely, and will not be shared with any third party.  I may personally ask you if I can present your reading as a sample reading on my website, but only ever with your express permission, and without any information that could identify you. 

 

As required under UK law, I am obliged to notify you that my readings are provided for ‘entertainment purposes only’.
